A wedding photographer who is just as much a planner.
On a wedding day, there are a hundred moving pieces — vendor timing, lighting windows, family dynamics, timeline buffers. I take this off your plate so all you have to do is show up, be present, and enjoy your day.
I'm a Type A Virgo with backup plans for backup plans. You should not have to worry about the "what ifs" — that's my job. I build timelines with real buffers, flag the logistical things you might not think to ask about, and stay calm when the unexpected happens. And celebrate with you for all of the joy, too.

I build the day from scratch - when to get ready, how long portraits actually take, how to buffer for the things that always run late, and how to protect your energy. You don't have to figure out how a wedding day flows.
During planning, in the months before, and every moment through your day. I genuinely care about each couple I work with and want you to have the best day.
Not a generic list — people I've actually worked with and would hire myself. Florists, officiants, hair and makeup, venues. Queer-friendly, curated, with honest notes about who's a good fit for what kind of couple.
If your location requires a permit, I handle the research and application process. No surprise fees and no day-of complications. That would hurt the vibe for sure, and I don't want that for you! I got the boring paperwork.
I know the spots and the timing for lighting and how busy it gets and when. Whether you have a location in mind or no idea, I'll give you real options with context. If I've never been, consider me on my way!
I'll help with the essentials that are easy to forget but helpful to have. I'll make sure you have the items for getting ready and for the detail photos.
And on the day itself: a calm person who has thought of the thing you didn't know to think of, who can handle a vendor running late without panicking, and who will make you forget there's a camera. That part's included too.

Some couples do the intimate ceremony first — courthouse, Anza-Borrego, just the two of them — then come back months later with their people for a big party. This is what I did for my own wedding, and I'm here to give you continuity through both.

I get to know you both to help me support your dynamic and vision for your day. We build your timeline together — with real buffers, including breathing room just to be. Every question answered before the day arrives.
During
Documentary approach. Natural prompts to guide you and space to forget the camera when you don't. A calming presence on a full wedding day. I handle the possible risks and anxieties so you don't have to think about them.
After
Preview of your wedding within 3 days. Hand-edited gallery delivered within 6 weeks. Print-ready full-resolution files. No image count limits on what I give you.

What if our wedding doesn't look like a wedding?
I'm here for that! I don't have a mental template for what a wedding is supposed to look like, and I'm not trying to fit yours into one either. Backyard lunch with 12 people, rooftop at sunset, courthouse followed by a bar crawl, venue with 200 guests - all beautiful and valid wedding days. The only thing that makes a wedding a wedding is you two deciding it is.
What's included in every wedding booking?
Full planning support: timeline logistics, vendor coordination, unlimited calls and texts, permit research and paperwork, location scouting, and genuine presence on the day. See the full breakdown above.
Can I book you for both a private ceremony and the wedding celebration?
Yes — and I love when couples do this. Combined packages are available. I'm here for the whole wedding era, no matter how many days it spans or how far apart those days are.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Most of my packages include a second photographer. Having two of us there means a more efficient timeline — neither partner is waiting while the other does solo portraits — and it means ceremony moments, dancing, and candid family moments happening in different corners of the room all get captured. All photos are edited by me regardless of who shoots them.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, 6 to 12 months out is typically enough time. That said, reach out regardless of your timeline. If I have the date and the fit is right, I want to make it work — whether that's in a few years or next month.
Can we be friends? Or is that weird?
Yes, and also — not weird at all. Some of my closest friendships started as a booking inquiry. I stay in touch with a lot of the couples I've photographed. That's not something I planned; it's just what happens when you spend someone's most personal day together. I'm not trying to be your best friend before you've even booked me, but if we end up grabbing coffee a year after your wedding, that sounds about right.

We connect on a call (voice or video).
A 15–20 minute call with plenty of space for us to chat things through and answer questions. This is our opportunity to get to know each other, whether the timing works, and whether we're a good fit for each other.
You get a custom quote.
If we're both ready to do this thing, I send over a personalized package proposal - coverage hours, everything included, final pricing. There's one set deposit for all packages, so you can always hold your date and decide the specifics later.
